Engineering Manager (Financial Systems)

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep exposure to fintech, payments, or accounting systems
• Strong backend engineering skills (TypeScript, Postgres, Stripe API experience preferred)
• Experience with ERP integrations
• Comfortable leading projects and/or teams, or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Customer-obsessed mindset - you care about providing reliable systems that empower users and earn customer trust
