Kaizen is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of their product engineering teams, driving technical roadmaps, shipping high-quality features, and building a team that delivers for their government partners and residents.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- At least 1 - 2 years in a technical leadership or management role
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- A track record of shipping customer-facing features
- Experience managing or mentoring engineers
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- A customer-obsessed mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication
