Kaizen Labs is rebuilding the government’s digital front door - bringing modern, people-first software to the public services millions of Americans rely on every day. From parks & recreation and permitting to licensing and payments, we’re replacing outdated systems with intuitive, beautiful technology designed for residents and the public servants who serve them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful tenure at a startup or high-growth tech company
- Deep expertise recruiting for GTM and operational functions, with a strong track record across sales, biz ops, finance, or revenue-adjacent hiring
- A skilled, proactive sourcer - comfortable building pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools
- Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS
- Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting operations - including metrics tracking, process improvement, and workflow automation
