Job Description
Inspira Education is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic talent acquisition team in NYC. The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with co-founders, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with a focus on scaling a Series A ed-tech startup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for net new Heads of Department, Individual Contributors, Sr. Level, Management Level, and C-Suite positions
- Proficiency with ATS technology (Greenhouse), Systems capabilities (Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack), and project management skills
