The role involves full cycle recruiting across assigned roles and functions, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high quality hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope and candidate profiles
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels
- Conduct candidate screens to assess skills and experience
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high quality candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data and notes within the ATS
- Support recruiting events and talent attraction initiatives
