Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

EMARKETER is a subsidiary of Axel Springer SE, a family-owned transatlantic media company. We're hiring a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our People & Culture team at EMARKETER. The role involves full cycle recruiting across assigned roles and functions, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope and candidate profiles
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels
• Conduct candidate screens to assess skills and experience
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high quality candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate data and notes within the ATS
• Support recruiting events and talent attraction initiatives
