Business Process Engineer to collaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes. Analyze activities and facilitate Business Process Reengineering efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Define and document a capability delivery roadmap that details functionality and sequencing
- Define and document configuration requirements, business rules, functional requirements, and system requirements
- Leverage industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs using Commercial Off-the-Shelf tools
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer
- Define and document data modeling requirements, including system data generated internally and data sourced externally from legacy Systems of Record
- Make recommendations for Standard Operating Procedures across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise
- Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects
