Job Description
Kaizen Approach is seeking a Contract Support Assistant (Expert) to provide advanced contract administration and acquisition support. This role involves coordinating modification packages, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and performing quality control across documentation and reporting systems. The position requires in-depth contract administration knowledge and the ability to mentor junior staff. The role is vital in a classified environment.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ten (10) years of work experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Ten (10) years of administrative support experience
- Ten (10) years of contract administration experience
- Six (6) years of experience in contracts, office administration, finance, or program administration
- Ten (10) years of experience with contract administration to qualify as an Expert CSA
