Infrastructure Consultant

KalSoft is currently looking for a Infrastructure Consultant to join our team, based in Pakistan, with hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

Requirements

• Collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs and design Microsoft cloud and hybrid solutions tailored to business requirements
• Plan and lead migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments in hybrid/on-premise/cloud setups
• Implement and manage Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Intune, Defender, and security/compliance features
• Optimize cloud environments (IaaS/PaaS) for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Deliver expertise in virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware, including high-availability clustering and DR solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across server hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Provide proactive infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, and ongoing support
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft infrastructure and security advancements, and share insights with clients and internal teams
• Document solutions and deliver training/knowledge transfer sessions for clients and staff
