Job Description
The Composite Design Engineer will design and analyze parts and assemblies to meet customer requirements, working within cross-functional teams and using Finite Element Method (FEM) models and CAD software.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of engineering experience
- Outstanding analytical and technical ability
- Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to translate analytical and theoretical concepts into practical, hands-on solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with FEM methods and software, Abaqus preferred
- Experience with CAD software, SolidWorks preferred
