Job Description
We are seeking a Family Solicitor / Consultant to take ownership of the Family Law Department at a boutique law firm in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in family law.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Proven ability to bill at least three times your salary.
- Experience in financial remedy proceedings and pre-/post-nuptial agreements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Proficient in using Leap.
- Strong business development skills and a proven track record in client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
