Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, court of protection work and inheritance tax planning. The firm values client-facing work and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, LPAs and court of protection matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Conveyancing experience desirable
Benefits
