Job Description
We are seeking a Package Design Engineer to join our team at Kandou. The role involves complete package design activities, verification of electrical characteristics, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
Requirements
- Complete Package design activities within the given time frame
- Complete Package design review processes with the Assembly subcons
- Liaise closely with the respective IC layout Engineers
- Complete verification of Electrical characteristics of the package and unit design
- Ensure cost effective methodologies are incorporated into Kandou's BGA substrate and LF designs
