Job Description
The Ticketing Operations Assistant will support ticketing and analytics in all areas related to ticketing operations, ticket sales lead identification and service, and game day/event execution.
Requirements
- Develop a thorough understanding of ticketing systems and software
- Assist in processing and fulfillment of ticket orders and provide basic ticket reporting
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing Season Ticket Members and customers
- Perform cadenced and ad-hoc event and sales reporting using software such as Excel, Power BI, and Archtics
