Valid CDL, safety-focused, and strong communication skills
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, forklift certification, 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination
System Administrator
Ability to problem solve, maintain a clean work environment, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities
Elevator Operator
Proven elevator operator experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and physical ability to stand and walk required
Service Center Technician
High school diploma or GED; 0-3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma, valid driver's license, forklift certification, and 1-3 months of experience
Clerk/Cashier
High school diploma, related experience, or equivalent combination. Previous retail, convenience store, or management experience preferred
Elevator Operator
High school diploma, proven experience as an elevator operator, and excellent communication and customer service skills
