Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing requests for repairs and maintenance in a professional and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues by performing repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, welding, concrete work, housekeeping, transportation, carpentry, and equipment operations.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
