Maintenance Technician

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facility and equipment to accommodate production/warehousing in a safe working atmosphere. The role requires technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.

Requirements

• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment
• Troubleshoot any issues of mechanical devices, and correct issues as necessary to maintain productivity/quality standards
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Assist in the setup and tear down of production lines
• Control downtime by communicating with all departments
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
• Maintain equipment, parts and supplies inventories, and conserve resources when able
• Responsible for facility maintenance (inside and outside)
• Prepare maintenance reports, document and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, comply with company safety policies and procedures, and promote a safe work environment
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
