Maintenance Mechanic- 1st and 2nd shift

Menasha Corporation is a leading provider of packaging and supply chain solutions. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and maintain and repair existing production equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial voltages, and knowledge of mechanical systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with industrial voltages up to 480V and EAM CMMS systems
• Skilled in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, DMMs, etc.)
• Familiarity with metal fabrication and modular equipment movement
• Knowledge of ladder logic, relay logic, and motor controls is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and digital communication tools
• Ability to respond to production line calls and recommend necessary parts
• Advanced knowledge of machine operations and mechanical functions
• Ability to disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot plant machines
• Ability to make simple parts or equipment and tools
