CNC Set Up Lead - Split Shift

Kapco Metal Stamping is a premier contract manufacturer of metal components, trusted by big brands. We're looking for a Split Shift CNC Set-Up Lead to join our Grafton, WI team.

Requirements

• Complete first piece inspections and make adjustments to bring parts and process in compliance with prints
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Verify production rates and communicate with fabrication supervisor if rates need adjusting
• Set tools, pick up zero points and run through new and repeat programs
• Programs the CNC machine as needed
• Advises management if there are any issues with company policy or procedures
• Assists with production as needed
• Initiates action to prevent non-conformances, including shutting equipment down
