HR Business Partner

Karbon is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their global team. The ideal candidate will be commercially sharp, proactively curious, and fluent in both the people discipline and AI tools. The role will involve partnering with senior leaders across Customer and Sales, using AI to surface insights, and driving HR project management across client groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
• GTM domain fluency
• Proactive partnering instinct
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility at a senior level
• Proven ability to challenge leaders constructively
• Data fluency
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
• Project driver
• Experience coaching senior leaders through org design decisions
