Job Description
Karbon is looking for a People Partner to join their team. The role involves partnering with senior leaders across Customer and Sales, using AI tools and agentic workflows to surface insights and automate routine work, and leveraging people data and analytics to drive leadership alignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, a strong generalist background, and prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience. They should be fluent in business metrics and comfortable challenging leaders constructively. Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
- GTM domain fluency
- Proactive partnering instinct
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility at a senior level
- Proven ability to challenge leaders constructively
- Data fluency
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
- Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Unquestioned integrity, high EQ, and personal maturity
