Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist at Karbon, you will lead customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for small to mid-sized firms, acting as a trusted partner during the implementation phase, supporting customers as they adopt Karbon and ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the Karbon platform.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts
• Communicate across multiple stakeholders to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and maintain momentum throughout the implementation
• Facilitate structured onboarding, provide professional guidance, and coach through change management
• Ensure data integrity, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
• Deliver measurable value and help customers achieve early wins and milestones that demonstrate value and set the foundation for long-term success with Karbon
