Sales Associate ā Veterinary Endoscopy role focused on learning, presenting, and supporting KARL STORZ Veterinary Endoscopy-America products, including hands-on training with daily-use endoscopy equipment. The role involves developing strong working relationships with customers, veterinary technicians, top veterinarians, and corporate accounts to support the growth of the veterinary endoscopy market.
Requirements
- Complete in-house and field training to develop deep technical knowledge of KSVEAās core product lines.
- Deliver high-quality training to veterinary technicians on the setup, daily use, troubleshooting, disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization of GI and rigid scopes and video systems.
- Develop strong working relationships with Sales Associates, Account Managers, back-office teams, and Sales & Marketing leadership.
- Attend required training courses, conferences, seminars, trade shows, and company events.
- Maintain accurate territory records in KSVEAās CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Monitor and communicate competitive activity to Sales & Marketing management.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage documentation for sales, transfers, and returns.
- Complete all required administrative and reporting tasks accurately and on time.
- Provide onsite support for new equipment installations and ināfield assistance for equipment performance issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
