We're looking for a Brand Lead DACH to own the end-to-end brand strategy and performance across DACH and Central Europe, delivering on sales, market share, and brand equity targets. Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG, consumer healthcare, or fast-paced environments) with strong business impact
- Track record of owning P&L and delivering growth across sales, margin, and market share
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and performance-driven execution
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations, collaborating across markets and functions
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, promotions, portfolio strategy)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the DACH region are a plus
