We are looking for a Brand Manager to shape how Karsten’s brands look, feel, and perform in the market. This role combines creative direction with a strong commercial mindset, translating insights into clear brand concepts and consistent execution.
Requirements
- Experience in brand management, brand marketing, or brand strategy, preferably within consumer goods or retail-driven environments.
- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate brand initiatives through a retail and shopper perspective.
- Experience leading brand development, repositioning, or rebranding initiatives.
- Ability to translate market insights into clear and actionable creative direction.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading brand initiatives across multiple product categories.
