Building Maintenance Engineer

Kasa is seeking a Building Engineer to provide specialized support for building systems maintenance and facility operations in Boston, Massachusetts. The role requires 4+ years of experience in facilities support in the commercial, multi-family, or hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing facilities support in the commercial, multi-family, or hospitality industry
• Strong working knowledge of all building systems including but not limited to MEP, commissioning, life and fire safety, elevator modernization, HVAC, and other centralized systems
• Data-driven, with metrics on your mind, and the ability to interpret and analyze financial and non-financial data
