Property Operations Lead

Kasa is seeking a Property Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of its Chicago market portfolio. The role involves ensuring that all public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained, identifying and prioritizing cost-effective property improvements, and collaborating with Kasa teams and partners to drive results.

Requirements

• Comfortable with using a toolkit and able to devise clever solutions to common minor repairs and maintenance tasks
