Job Description
Kaseware is seeking a U.S. Federal Senior Account Manager to manage key Federal accounts, combine strategic account ownership, account management, and expansion responsibility, and ensure every account continues to realize measurable value from Kaseware's platform. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in public safety or government technology programs, excels in relationship management, and thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Manage a defined portfolio of Federal accounts, ensuring renewals, satisfaction, and sustained adoption.
- Own and exceed assigned quota focused on retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Become proficient in demonstrating the Kaseware platform
