Job Description
Kaseya is seeking a Renewal Specialist to drive contract renewal rates, support retention, and identify upsell opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management or customer success in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Direct experience managing or supporting software contract renewals and driving retention outcomes
- Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end to end
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
