Job Description
Kashiv Biosciences is seeking a technically strong R&D professional with hands-on experience in Downstream cell culture processes to transition into Intellectual Property (IP) work. The role provides training in patent analytics and biosimilar IP strategy, including freedom-to-operate assessments and patent filings. Candidates will utilize scientific expertise to support biosimilar IP strategy.
Requirements
- Apply technical knowledge to analyze patents, scientific literature, and regulatory filings
- Conduct patent landscape studies and FTO assessments
- Support the preparation of patentability evaluations
- Assist in drafting technical portions of patent applications
- Track competitor filings and monitor emerging trends
- Receive ongoing training in patent law and IP processes
