Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef in the gastronomy or hotel industry
- Several years of experience in the same position in high-end gastronomy or hotel industry
- High level of initiative, organizational strength, and a well-developed quality awareness
- Flexibility and resilience, even in stressful situations
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both in writing and speaking
- Excellent cooking skills and a good sense of high-quality ingredients
- Creativity and passion for the kitchen, as well as a high level of presentation skills
- Leadership strength and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge in the field of cost accounting and menu planning
