Requirements
- Completed education as a chef/cook and ideally a further education as a head chef or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leading position, preferably in gourmet cuisine or hotel industry
- In-depth product and technical knowledge as well as a high demand for quality, presentation, and flavor
- Creativity and passion for modern, high-quality cuisine as well as joy in working with seasonal and regional products
- Leadership competence, organizational strength, and entrepreneurial thinking
- High guest orientation and communicative strength in dealing with guests and team
- Resilience, team spirit, and sovereign handling of challenging situations
- Very good German skills, English skills an asset
- Secure and professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
