Job Description
We are looking for a Production Director to join our team. As a Production Director, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects in respect of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +2) to Master's degree (BAC +5) in a relevant field (BTS Bâtiment, Ingénieur/Ingénieure type ESTP, INSA, Génie Civil) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a general TCE (Tous Corps d’État) company, a consulting firm, or a similar function.
- Managing and supervising the execution of projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinating and managing the team
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve project execution and team performance
