Billing Specialist/Billing Analyst (Legal)

The Billing Specialist/Analyst is required to prepare client invoices, monitor and follow-ups, and work with the Billing Manager and/or Partners to administer their billing responsibilities. Responsibilities include client billing and collection activities, monitoring outstanding accounts receivable, and generating invoices in LEDES.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of billing experience within a law firm required
• MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel
• Electronic Billing System
