Job Description
The Area Maintenance Head is responsible for guaranteeing daily maintenance activities in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity. The role involves executing maintenance jobs, providing support to planning and scheduling supervisors, and developing strategic plans for plant day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 12+ years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance
- Fluent in writing and reading English
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Fair knowledge in process operations of plant
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance execution management
- Good technical understanding of maintenance Planning management
- Good technical understanding of Reliability management
- Good technical understanding of Quality management
- Good technical understanding of People management
- Good technical understanding of HSE requirements
- Well organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
