Area Superintendent/Maintenance Head

KBR is looking for an Area Superintendent - Maintenance Head to guarantee that daily Refinery maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, & quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability, & operation continuity.

Requirements

• Manage and lead overall department functions, direction to employees, evaluation, coordination and ensure to complete the project task within set timeline
• Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities
• Manage day-to-day activities of SS (welding & Fabrication shop, Scaffolding & Insulation workshop, Heavy Lift & Rigging Division)
• Manage planned or unplanned equipment repairs
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Manage and review daily, weekly and Monthly maintenance performance reports, time sheet, KPIs etc.
• Respond promptly in case of emergency
