Workshop Superintendent (Refinery Site)

Workshop Superintendent - Maintenance Head responsible for daily Refinery maintenance activities to ensure sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity, in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules.

Requirements

• Manage and lead overall department functions
• Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities
• Prepare, optimize and track PM schedule of Equipment
• Manage day-to-day activities (welding & Fabrication shop, Scaffolding & Insulation workshop, Heavy Lift & Rigging Division)
• Manage resources/equipment/machinery to the site for routine and in emergency situations
• Review work plan, job requests priorities to allocate resources, monitor workflow, MOS and procedures, meet and discuss with team to identify gaps and resolve problems
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Manage and review daily, weekly and Monthly maintenance performance reports, time sheet, KPIs etc.
• Respond promptly in case of emergency
