Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of industry experience in solution architecting or directly supporting operational programs to delivery capability to customers.
- Proven experience in one or more mission areas: Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security.
- Strong background in System of Systems integration, architectures, and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development (software or hardware), Cloud architectures, Data Analytics, AI/ML methodologies, and Cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and engage stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with customers and internal leadership.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and engage stakeholders.
