Job Description
Solution Architect position at KBR's National Security Solutions team to design and optimize defense systems for national security and space defense. Responsibilities include customer shaping efforts, requirements gathering, and proposal support activities. Ideal candidate has strong background in creating innovative and customer-focused solutions for Government, Defense, and Intelligence communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 12-15 years of prior experience or a master's degree in a technical discipline with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required, with eligibility for TS/SCI
- Strong team building and leadership capabilities
- Experience leading technical solutioning in partnership with business development and capture management teams
- Understanding of Cybersecurity, System of Systems, Software, and Agile Engineering current and emerging processes
