Job Description
KBR is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join their team in Albuquerque, NM in support of the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program in support of Space Systems Command Innovation and Prototyping Delta (SSC/SZI). The position will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, management, or related field.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience within DoD, space, intelligence, or related mission areas.
- Experience supporting programs with $5M+ annual value and teams of 10+ personnel.
- Knowledge of ground systems engineering, sustainment, integration, or operations.
- Current understanding/experience performing DoD acquisition, contracting, finance, budgeting and technical review processes for the Government or within industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in secure, high-tempo operational environments.
