Job Description
KBR's National Security Solutions team is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Capability Project Lead to support Air Force Research Laboratory – Integrated Capabilities Directorate. The role involves managing engineering resources, overseeing program technical performance, and building relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Conducting daily/weekly/monthly engineering status reviews
- Managing engineering resources such as staff assignments, capital equipment, and organizational interfaces
- Overseeing program technical performance to ensure project requirements are validated, integrated, tested, and verified
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners involved in the projects
Benefits
