KBR is seeking a Deputy Site Program Manager to join their team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado. The position involves directing contractor site resources, supporting the enterprise Program Manager, and ensuring all services are delivered within established program guidelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
- Five (5) years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- Management experience with P&L responsibility
- Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
- Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
- Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
- Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
- Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
- Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects
