Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
- 15 years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- Management experience with P&L responsibility
- Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts
- Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
- Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
- Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
- Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
- Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects
- Knowledge and experience of exercise or crisis management policies and experience planning, coordinating and delivering support to special events
