Enterprise Deputy Program Manager

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Deputy Program Manager to join their team in Aurora, Colorado, supporting a government client. The position involves management oversight to three separate locations and requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. The successful candidate will have 15 years of program management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
• 15 years of program management experience with large, complex requirements associated with operations and sustainment functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• Management experience with P&L responsibility
• Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts
• Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
• Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
• Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
• Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations
• Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects
• Knowledge and experience of exercise or crisis management policies and experience planning, coordinating and delivering support to special events
