Job Description
KBR is seeking a talented and dynamic Proposal Manager to join our National Security Solutions (NSS) Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, from proposal strategy development and planning to final submission and post-submission activities.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Business Development/Capture Manager to facilitate solution sessions
- Analyze and understand the RFP requirements
- Develop a compliance matrix, initiate a proposal preparation/review schedule
- Leading the proposal team, including subject matter experts, writers, and graphic designers
- Effectively incorporate feedback from reviews
