KBRA is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join its growing technology team in Dublin, Ireland. The role will involve day-to-day support for the Dublin and London offices, as well as remote support for US-based employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in IT support in a corporate environment
- Computer Science degree/work experience or similar
- Ability to configure/setup workstations/desks, participate in office moves/relocations
- Windows 11/Office 365 installation & troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory experience and understanding of Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Strong understanding of basic networking/system troubleshooting
- Strong understanding and experience with ticketing systems/escalation protocols
- MDM/VPN experience
- Vendor/Project Management experience
- Familiarity with security applications/processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT (plus)
