Custodial Area Manager

Join KBS as a Custodial Area Manager in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving, safety, and customer satisfaction. Deliver services such as janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, and restaurant cleaning, and manage relationships with customers and vendors.

Requirements

• 3 years of management experience in a janitorial or building maintenance/service industry, or exterior services, or restaurant industry
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of all compliance standards (OSHA, State/Federal, and KBS)
• Ability to analyze area profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure expenses are within budget
• Ability to understand project management and related project planning, while communicating any changes and progress
• Background Check and Drug Test Required
