Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented sales and operations professional to join our International Sales & Operations vertical as Senior Manager. This role is the operational backbone of the international business and responsible for translating strategy into disciplined, day-to-day execution across our 11 active territories. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales plans and partner engagement strategies, managing day-to-day relationships with channel partners, and supervising the Inside Sales team.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of proven experience in B2B Sales
- Minimum of 3 years in a mid-to-senior sales or operations role with direct team management responsibility
- Prior experience in the international education, EdTech, or student recruitment industry is strongly preferred
