Job Description
We are looking for IT Support Specialists to join our vibrant team, providing top-notch outsourcing solutions. The role involves providing technical support and assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficiency in Windows OS; familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus.
- Familiarity with Cisco and Ubiquiti hardware configuration as well as pfSense firewall is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and effective troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work on night shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
