Contracts Specialist

As a Contracts Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Contracts Manager by managing contract intake, processing, tracking and recordkeeping. The role involves managing contract requests, preparing standard contract templates, routing documents for review and approval, and maintaining contract repositories. The ideal candidate will have an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of administrative or contract support experience.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years administrative or contract support experience, or paralegal/procurement support background
• Familiarity with common contract types and basic contract terms
• Experience with contract management systems and e-signature platforms (e.g. DocuSign, Ironclad, Conga)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion handling confidential information
• Team-oriented, responsive and customer service focused
