Requirements

• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to determine scope of work
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and confirm scope
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bid documents, changes, and correspondence
• Support the negotiation process with clients and subcontractors
• Conduct market research to stay informed of current prices for materials and labor
• Evaluate and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify potential risks or uncertainties that could impact costs or project timelines
