Job Description
The Resident Monitor is responsible for monitoring and holding male and female offenders accountable during all shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position eligible for overtime. The role involves daily reports, inspections, and assisting with offender care and safety.
Requirements
- Report accountability violations of all offenders to Supervisors.
- Maintain relationships with organizations and individuals.
- Ensure offender accountability through proper procedures.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly safety, security and sanitation inspections.
- Conduct on-site collection of urine samples and vehicle searches.
- Assist with emergency procedures and fire drills.
